The parking fee was unexpected on top of the room rate, which felt unnecessary. The front desk staff during check-in could have been friendlier, coming off a bit curt. It seemed a hassle to make requests, like needing closer parking for my husband who has trouble walking. Overall, little things could improve the experience, but the location and hotel amenities made the stay enjoyable.
